Itinerary

Start your Hunter Valley Wine Tour with stunning views of Sydney Harbour as you cross the iconic Harbour Bridge and continue to one of Australia’s renowned wine-growing regions, the Hunter Valley. Our tour offers a comprehensive exploration of the Hunter Valley region, featuring diverse food and wine experiences that will delight your senses. We guarantee there is something to suit every taste.

The Hunter Valley hinterland is well-known for its Semillon wine. However, the region also produces award-winning Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Verdelho. You can explore vineyards and visit small wineries for a guided wine-tasting experience. We have chosen these wineries for their exceptional customer service and high-quality wine. You will have two wine-tasting experiences before lunch and one in the afternoon.

Guests at Cypress Lakes can enjoy lunch at the cafe-style restaurant in Hunter Valley Village. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to explore the boutique shops and galleries and participate in a cheese-making course at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory. If time allows, guests may also visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, The British Lolly Shop, Kissofire Hunter Valley Liqueurs, or The Garden Cellars for additional tastings at their own expense.

End your day at our favourite boutique cellar door. Save the best for last. Enjoy a structured tasting of wines with a vineyard representative. Experience a range of wines. Meet like-minded wine lovers. Start the journey back home. Comfort stops will be provided. Arrive back in town with plenty of time. Grab a meal or take in a show.
